Today I want to tell you about one of my passions and what I integrated into my lifestyle way before I had a baby (if you are 16 to 25 year old girl -This is soooo for you-), during my pregnancy and after pregnancy, and that’s to exercise, but I am not one of those freaks out there obsessed about fitness and stuff. First of all, I do not have the time to go to the gym, like that’s out of the window! With Marco, school, my house, blogging etc, it is kind of impossible so I have to be super methodic about it. My exercise to go is pilates! I loooove it, I’m going to post a video of my routine so you can kind of see what I’m talking about. The moves of pilates look super easy (and super silly) but don’t let them fool you because they tone the muscles so amazingly good! I was one of those people who used to go to the gym (when I had all the time in the world) and I liked it. I used to do all the typical exercises, like crunches, squats, running on treadmill (which I hate) etc, but it was until I discovered pilates that my body really started to change and I was able to bounce back after pregnancy so freaking easy!  Ok so stay tuned this Wednesday on my YouTube channel (isabella lifestyle) so that you can watch how to execute this pilates moves! 😉 Thanks for stopping by to read, I hope you have a fabulous day!
